EXTENDED RETURN POLICY:

To ensure your recipient will love your holiday gift, items shipped from Jewelers Direct between Nov. 28th. and Dec. 24 are eligible for our extended return policy and can be returned to Jewelers Direct through Friday Jan. 2, 2009. Our extended return policy applies to items sold as displayed non special order items and in original condition with no signs of wear; the same as our normal 10-day return policy. The returned item(s) must be at our facility no later than Friday Jan. 2, 2009. No Exceptions.

RETURN POLICY:

We believe that you will be completely satisfied with your purchases and we want to insure that you have an
outstanding on-line shopping experience. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept
returns within 10 (calendar) days from the date package was delivered for a refund, exchange or a company credit,
whichever you prefer (excluding special order items). All returned merchandise requires a Return Authorization
(RA) from Jewelers Direct and must be returned prepaid in the original packaging in brand new condition with no
signs of wear. A Return Authorization Code must be clearly displayed on the outside of the returned shipping box.

A 20% restocking fee will apply if the item(s) shows any signs of wear.
Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that show
signs of wear or have been, resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
Once your return is received it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. You can ship your return
via any carrier. Be sure to ship your return fully insured, and request a return receipt to ensure your shipment is
tracked.* We advise not to write anything on the exterior of the package that may reveal the contents.

WHAT IS CONSIDERED A SPECIAL ORDER:

• Any alterations to an item, example a different size or shape or colored stone, other than what's displayed on-line,
      is considered a special order.

• Our bracelets are standard 7 inches in length. Bracelets ordered in a length shorter than 7 inches or longer than
      7 inches is considered a special order. Bracelets are shortened by removing links and made longer by adding
      extra links to accommodate the length needed.

• Any ladies ring ordered under a size 5 or over a size 8 is considered a special order. Additional Charges may
      apply.

• Gents Rings ordered under a size 8 or over a size 11 is considered a special order. Additional Charges may
      apply.

• If an item is displayed on-line in yellow gold and you would like it in white gold, or vice versa it would be
      considered a special order since, it's only made upon request, AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. If, the item is
      displayed on-line already in white gold, it would not be considered a special order (price is as listed). If, the item
      is displayed on-line in white gold, and you would like it in yellow gold, it would be considered a special order
      NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Note: Our ladies rings are available in 1/4 and 1/2 sizes and if ordered between
      sizes 5 through 8, they would not be considered a special order. Our gents rings as well, are available in 1/4
      and 1/2 sizes and if ordered between sizes 8 through 11 they would not be considered a special order.

We can only ship 3 items for viewing. If, you have returned 3 items to us within a 1 year period, a 20% restocking fee will automatically apply to the returned items thereafter. A 20% restocking fee will also apply if you order more than 3 items for viewing.

Orders are usually shipped within 2 to 3 business days from the day the order is placed via the shipping method you selected "assuming the item(s) are in stock". PRODUCT WARRANTY:

The Jewelers Direct collection is second to none, created with exquisite taste and premium value. Our CZ gems are the Russian formula and are cut to reveal their optimum color and brilliance. They are cut and polished exactly like a diamond, revealing maximum fire and brilliance. Then, they are individually handset in "14kt. Solid Gold" by our Master Goldsmiths. It's virtually impossible for the untrained eye to tell the difference between our CZ's and a high quality diamond. Our CZ's are the Russian formula and are backed by a written lifetime warranty. We will replace any of our CZ gems if, for any reason, they do not retain their brilliance or color (under normal wear) "Excluding our simulated tanzanite". Our simulated tanzanite is the same hardness as genuine tanzanite. Rated a 6.5 in hardness, which means it does require special care. Our simulated tanzanite's are not covered under our warranty in the event it should break, scratch or chip. The replacement cost is $20.00 per carat. Warranty becomes void if damaged by negligence or unauthorized service from another company or individual other than Jewelers Direct. All items are Stamped 14k (which represents the item is 14 karat gold) with our JD trademark which is required by law.

ALTERNATE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Orders can only be shipped to the billing address of the credit card holder. To secure both us and our customers from potential fraud, we can process and ship credit card orders to the address the credit card is issued to (Billing Address). ALL orders must be shipped to a street address. No P.O. Box shipments. This only applies if this is your first purchase with our company. REPEAT customers with a previous order on file placed at least 1 MONTH PRIOR may ship to another address other than the billing. ABOUT OUR WHITE GOLD:

All karat gold's (i.e 10k, 14k, 18k) start with 24kt gold (which is yellow) then alloys are added, yellow alloys for yellow gold and white alloys for white gold. The final process on all of our white gold pieces (after setting, sizing, polishing and cleaning) get rhodium finished. Rhodium finish is an element of platinum that is electro plated over the white gold to give it a whiter and brighter finish (Like Platinum). This is a very common process of making 14kt and 18kt white gold fine jewelry with genuine diamonds or CZ's. All "Experienced" jewelers are familiar with this process. You will also find that the best high-line jewelry manufacturers rhodium their platinum jewelry as well. Rhodium plating generally lasts forever (no special attention is required) unless polished or sized by a jeweler or excessive "scratching". We only use rhodium, "not imitation". (Rhodium is approximately 4 times the price of platinum). Rhodium finish is applied to every white gold item you purchase from us, unless you request otherwise.

Our CZ jewelry needs no special attention. Care for it the same way you would care for any of your fine diamond jewelry. Bathing, swimming, ocean water, jewelry cleaner, ammonia, ultrasonic and professional steam cleaning is all safe.

RING SIZING CHART

For the most accurate ring size measurement, we suggest having your finger measured professionally by a jeweler. To use our on-line sizing chart, print this page, then cut out the ring size chart. Wrap this strip of paper around the finger that is to wear the ring. Allow the paper to fit over the knuckle when measuring. Then place a mark on the strip where it meets the end. Place the mark on the strip of paper from the beginning of the chart on the above guide that you have printed. The number at the end of the strip is your ring size. Please note, that this chart is not 100% accurate.
