SKEPTIC NO MORE!!! I am a first time customer of JD. I am an artist and do many fine art/craft shows. I've met many jewelry artists that have had beautiful cz's (but I didn't like their settings) so I knew what I wanted had to be available somewhere. I ordered a ring from a major TV shopping network and was sorely disappointed! I searched on the web and found JD. Your website is informative (as well as addictive) and easy to navigate. I never knew there were different techniques in creating cz's which obviously affect the quality. This Russian technique must be GREAT! The stones have all the appropriate sparkle and shine. WOW! I just received my first purchase via UPS today. I purchased the sapphire and CZ jackets and CZ studs, as well as the sapphire and CZ 5ct. TW ring. I requested both of these items in white gold. The little white gift boxes with the lavender bows and ribbon is such a nice touch and the boxes containing the ring and earrings are beautiful. To say I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the boxes is an understatement!! Both items are exquisite. I have a 3 CT pear shaped diamond that is beautiful - when I put that ring next to the ring I just received today, to the naked eye it's impossible to tell the difference between the diamond and the CZ!! I ordered item 7546R. It originally is a 2 ct. yellow gold ring, but I wanted it in white gold with a 1.5 ct. stone. I was amazed at how easy and willing czjewelry was to make these changes for me. The other plus was that all the white gold rings are covered in a rhodium finish, which I was told is a liquid form of platinum. The man that I spoke with, Michael, was so helpful! I told him that I also wanted a plain wedding band to wear with the ring, but unfortunately czjewelry does not carry just plain bands. Michael told me that if I got a white gold band from a jeweler, I could send my band to czjewelry and they would cover it with rhodium for me free of charge, so that it would mach my ring! I have never had service like this before! My ring is so beautiful, I get complements on it all the time. I was even in a high-end jewelry store in Las Vegas recently and the owner of the store asked to see my ring. She told me "your ring is exquisite". I felt so great knowing that even a fancy jeweler couldn't tell that my stone wasn't real! Since then, I have bought matching earrings, a pendent and am now looking at a bracelet. I will never by real diamonds again. The quality and service of czjewelry is amazing!!!
