Yesterday I received my ring and my husband and I were astounded by the brilliance of the stones. I knew this ring was beautiful from viewing it online but I never dreamed that it looked as gorgeous as it actually does. I showed my mother, who likes to pride herself on being able to tell the difference between cz's and diamonds. She didn't have a clue that it wasn't the real thing. I won't tell her either.

I must say that you have the most beautiful things. I had a ring custom made to look like one I saw at Tiffany's, and mine is every bit as gorgeous as the one I saw there. I love it, and would recommend your jewelry to anyone. One important detail is the heft of the gold-you really make substantial pieces. Some of the things out there are these impressive stones with such flimsy settings, that anyone could see that they are cz's. I mean, who puts diamonds and rubies in a shoddy setting? Your hefty gold makes it all look like the real deal, and I would hesitate to get the real deal now, since I see that your stones far surpass natural ones in clarity and beauty. Plus, I am so nervous about the real stones I do have (getting lost/stolen/etc...) that I do not enjoy them as much. Your customer service is THE BEST, and I am so happy I found you.

OH my gosh, where do I start. First of all, I found your site about a month ago. My current 1/4 carat diamond solitaire prongs were getting weak and I wanted something to replace it so I could put it away for my sons someday. So I went looking for a new diamond. I called your Customer Service and was given authorization to send it back and have it repaired by your jeweler at NO CHARGE! I was amazed. In addition, I gathered all of my diamond/fine jewelry to take to be appraised for insurance purposes and one of the rings I ordered from you got in the mix with my diamond rings. While looking through my appraisals, there was an appraisal for that ring too! I paid less than $300 and it was appraised at $8,500.00!
